Refund policy

 

As a small business, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items. All sales are final. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at annaka@annakahoelk.com. We may ask for photos so we can verify the issue. Once authorized, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK IN THESE CASES?

Because we don’t accept general returns, there is no “self-service” return option on our website. If your order qualifies (damaged or incorrect item), we’ll arrange everything directly with you. In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back. If we do require a return, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
